Lose the weight.
Track the telemetry.
Most telehealth relies on self-reported data. Your Oxiline RX membership includes our FDA-cleared hardware to automatically sync your vitals to your clinician's dashboard.

Zero-friction sync
Step on the scale. The data transmits via cellular or WiFi directly to your secure patient portal. No manual entry, no Bluetooth pairing required.
Data-driven titration
Your clinician reviews your actual telemetry before authorizing your next dose. If your weight loss stalls, we adjust the protocol based on facts, not feelings.
Yours to keep
The hardware is included in your first month's membership and is yours to keep. Backed by the Oxiline lifetime warranty.
How it works.

“The process was incredibly smooth. No waiting rooms, no judgment. Just a clear, science-backed protocol. The cold-chain shipping is a nice touch—it feels like a premium medical service.”
“My A1C is back in the normal range and my joints don't hurt when I wake up. The weight loss is great, but getting my metabolic health back under control is what actually changed my life.”

Common
questions.
Everything you need to know about our clinical protocols, pricing, safety, and logistics.
No. Compounded medications are custom-made in state-licensed or FDA-registered outsourcing facilities based on a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. While they use the same active pharmaceutical ingredients (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide base), compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety or effectiveness. We use strictly vetted USP-797/800 compliant pharmacies to ensure sterility and potency.
What you need to know before starting.
Warning: Thyroid C-Cell Tumors
In studies with mice and rats, GLP-1 medicines caused thyroid tumors, including thyroid cancer. It is not known if these medicines will cause thyroid tumors or a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) in people. Do not use if you or any of your family have ever had MTC or an endocrine system condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
